Meet the Founder
My name is Patricia Pierce, and I am the founder and developer of Platform Partner.
After spending over 7 years working with small businesses, I learned firsthand how important it is for business owners to have a strong online presence. Through that experience, I developed a passion for building websites, creating branding materials, and helping small businesses grow in a way that feels professional, organized, and true to who they are.
A year and a half ago, I made the decision to leave my job and take a risk on myself. I chose to pursue what I truly love: helping business owners bring their ideas, brands, and dreams to life.
As a small business owner myself, I understand the pressure, dedication, and courage it takes to build something of your own. I know how overwhelming it can feel to start, grow, and manage a business while also trying to figure out websites, branding, and online platforms.
That is why I created Platform Partner — to make the process easier for business owners who need a website, branding support, platform guidance, or ongoing help managing their online presence.
At Platform Partner, I do more than build websites. I help you build confidence in your business.
What Makes Platform Partner Different
I understand that small business owners need more than a nice-looking website. They need a website that makes sense, feels organized, explains their services clearly, and helps customers take action.
When you work with Platform Partner, you are not passed between departments or treated like just another project. You work directly with me from start to finish.
I personally help design, build, organize, and support your website so the final result feels professional, functional, and true to your business. I also make sure you understand your options, whether you want to learn how to manage your site yourself or have me continue managing it for you.
My goal is to make the process feel simple, clear, and less stressful.
My Experience
Over the years, I have worked with businesses in several industries, including sports memorabilia, hobby boxes, nonprofit events, event fundraising, property management, e-commerce, and service-based businesses.
Through these projects, I have gained hands-on experience in website design, website rebuilds, platform management, branding, logo refreshes, customer-facing content, product pages, ticketing systems, promotional graphics, and social media content.
I have also worked on websites that needed more than design. Some projects required troubleshooting, backend support, bug fixes, platform cleanup, and rebuilding websites that were outdated or no longer functioning correctly.
That experience has helped me understand what small businesses truly need online: a website that looks professional, works properly, explains the business clearly, and is easy for customers to use.
I know your business matters to you, and I treat every project with that same level of care.
My promise is to listen to your goals, understand your vision, and help create something that supports your business in a professional and practical way.
I want you to feel confident in your website, your branding, and the way your business shows up online. Whether you want to manage your website yourself or have ongoing support, I will help you choose the option that works best for you.
At the end of the day, my goal is to make your online presence feel less overwhelming and more achievable.
